Pinot Noir (Yarra Valley)

Light brick at the core with a crimson-stained rim, this wine has an elegant nose of dewy rose petals and freshly turned earth. Its acidity is vigorous and perky, towing along the final strains of red berries that have mostly moved into more tertiary tones. The tannins are suavely sculpted and well-measured, giving just enough grip to pull the delicate flavors into a medium finish. This wine has evolved well and surely has another few years under its belt as it continues its path to maturity. Drink now–2021.
