Pale, ballet-slipper pink, this wine is quite mineral driven on the nose, with notes of nectarines, white peaches and marshmallows. Initially dry on the attack, plentiful glycerol makes this feel a touch sweet on the palate. It’s a pleasant drink now with a nice strain of minerality coming through on the modest finish. It would be perfectly enjoyable at a casual bar, the beach or poolside.
