Dark yellow in color, this wine has overt sweet spice nuances on the nose. The palate brings on lemon and tangerine zest as well as crème caramel and tapioca pudding. Mouthfilling but not overly rich, there’s pleasant snappy acidity and a solid finish boasting integrated sweet-oak spices. This drinks well now and has the medium concentration of flavors to hang on for a bit, though there is no need to wait enjoy now through 2018.
