This wine has a sweaty nose backed by yellow plums and flax seed. It tastes of yellow grapefruit peel, star fruit, yellow cherries and vanilla. The palate is quite foamy and slightly sharp in acidity. Medium in body, the bubbles are somewhat big and crude, making the wine feel angular on the palate. Drink through 2017.
