Star bright, this pale, lemon-colored wine is lean and refreshing in notes of pomelo, yuzu, mineral and wet riverbed. Its zippy, acidic structure gives a racy persistency to the vigorous and focused palate, despite its light body. Pluot, yellow tomato and other subtle fruits drive the short-plus finish.
