Medium-deep pink in color, with reflections of salmon in the light, this wine is super minerally on the nose. The palate offers meager fruit: strawberry hull and tinned peach take time to find. Its medium body is nicely integrated with supporting acidity. Just add a nice touch of chill and a shade umbrella by the pool and you’ll be all set. Drink through 2017.
