Glistening, water-white color with lemon pulp-inflections. Yeasty overtones with zesty citrus notes of lemon and lime popping out of the glass. This wine is pleasantly acidic and shows a firm finish, giving it an overall impression of steeliness. The high alcohol contributes a bit of midpalate relief with its light coating of viscosity. The generosity of flavors includes minerals, hay, plaster of Paris and earthiness yet the aftertaste is fairly short. Drink now to 2015 though it may show greater staying power.
