Pale yellow in color, this wine has a grapefruit-like pithiness to the attack and finish, offering pleasant refreshment. The custard-like mouthfeel is appealing, but the watery flavor consistency is slightly disappointing. The flavors range from lemon peel to cut grass as well as an unusual undertow of banana pith. Ready to drink, thanks especially to its medium viscosity, this has the rounded character to make it a gulper in casual circumstances. Drink now–2018.
