This pale yellow wine has a large, watery rim. It’s not particularly aromatic, except for a yellow apple note. The palate tastes almost as watery as the color suggests, and offers polarizing flavors of struck match, burned asparagus and alfalfa sprouts. The palate is medium-minus in body, with a soft, custardy palate and relaxed acidity. With modest fruit concentration, mild flavor intensity and a fast finish, this is a wine to drink up soon.
