Pale yellow color with fairly fine perlage. The delicate fragrances include floral, mineral and lees. The wine is tremendously expressive on the palate with flavors of yellow plum, Rainier cherries, tapioca pudding and buttercream icing. Elegant and finessed on the palate with small bubbles, this bottling shows considerable yet balanced residual sugar. Medium finish. This bubbly is immediately appealing but would benefit from time in bottle. Drink now to 2018.
