Impressively dark, black-inflected red color. Lusty nose of melted dark chocolate, vanilla bean and milk chocolate-covered cherry shows undertones of evergreen. Pronounced acidity and plenty of juiciness on the palate make this an easy-to-quaff wine. The soft, though short, tannins contribute. Moderate finish and fair aromatic complexity suggest this should drink now to 2015.
