Exuding a light salmon color in the glass, this rosé offers well-developed red fruit on the nose, including baked cherry and strawberry, with a hint of oak in the mix. It thins out slightly on the palate, revealing some sourness, but the balance of acidity, hints of oak, baked fruit and spice flavors are enough to keep this wine interesting and enjoyable.
