The light yellow color shows frothy bubbles. The restrained fragrances include minerals, sliced almonds and rising bread dough. The attack is fairly dry. The fruit is youthful with yellow apples, ripe pear and yellow grapefruit most noticeable. Floral notes peek out as the wine evolves in the glass. Nervous acidity makes this medium-bodied wine feel slightly leaner than it is. The finish vanishes quickly, not surprising given the somewhat dilute palate. Drink now.
