This wine dances between tones of pancakes, yeast riser and Mirabelle jam. Its delightful aromatics evolve in the glass to show passion fruit and buttered popcorn. Somewhat warm in alcohol, the crisp acidity and honeyed finish are quite charming. This wine’s moderate concentration and rather straightforward characters mean itwill show best when served young.
