This wine has an exotic mesh of waxy, chlorophyll-driven tones coupled with yellow plums, cold tea and aloe. There’s a pristine clean appeal to this wine driven by tugging wet river rock minerality and pear peel. This pure and zingy white has an almost vibrating energy, light viscosity and a juicy succulence. While it has loads of at-the-ready-appeal, this likely won’t improve with age given its modest finish and rather straightforward flavors. Drink now–2019.
