This wine is inky black in color, with aromas of ripe black currant and menthol. There are notes of tar, mint and blackberry on the full-bodied, fresh and dynamic palate, with a beautiful balance of ripe tannins and feisty acidity. The good concentration of flavor and the lingering finish suggest that it has time to evolve. Drink now–2021.
