Supple and sappy, this fruit-driven wine is densely packed with black plum, blackberry and licorice. The full-bodied palate is graciously balanced by bustling acidity and chewy tannins. Pure, sophisticated and enticing, it holds its own by the glass, but it would no doubt be ready to highlight sophisticated food pairings. Drink now–2022.
