Hovering at the edge of ripeness, this wine has just enough underripe watermelon and strawberry hull character to keep it interesting, as well as a good textural tug. Smooth in feel, with no tannins and highly integrated acidity, this is an enjoyable sipper for Old World rosé lovers. Drink now–2021.
