The whirlwind bouquet of this wine is a blur of lime leaf, pomelo, apricot and tree flowers. Though only medium-bodied in weight, the toothsome, moderately creamy texture infiltrates every crevice of the palate. It’s all nicely lifted by crackling acidity that pulls into a crisp, solid finish. The deftly blended oak adds highlights of toasted hazelnut and raw oatmeal. This is youthful, well-proportioned and tantalizing. Drink now–2022.
