Aromas of blueberry, red cherry, lavender and garrigue carry the delightfully complex nose. The medium-bodied palate is lively in feel, with marked acidity and reserved but structured tannins. A wine that can drink well on its own and even with a chill for a single glass, there is enough scintillating acidity to suggest it will win even harder with food.
