This is a dark and brooding wine loaded with blackberry, black plum and savory spice. Full-bodied and impressively well proportioned, this works on its own, but it’s even better with hearty fare—preferably grilled meats. With all of the upfront flair and generous concentration, its finish is surprisingly clipped. The zingy acidity melds with flaky tannins, lending to a refreshing vibe. Drink now–2025.
