Supple, juicy and succulent, bramble and fresh raspberry fill the core, which is gentle with mild tannins and vague viscosity. Touches of earth and game linger on the slate-laden palate. Sadly, for all of the full-throttle flavor on the palate, the wine finishes rather briefly. Supercharged and mouthfilling, along with its big fruit profile, this is sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
