Flinty and citrusy on the nose, this is a tonic-like wine. It’s refreshing, light, dry and rather low in alcohol at about 11%. Aromas of grapefruit pith and lime leaf kick things off, followed by flavors of yuzu and yellow plum skin. Easygoing on the palate, with zippy but integrated acidity and a touch of moderate bitterness, this will show well at the table alongside salads dressed with vinaigrette and may even mesh with artichokes and asparagus.
