Green apple, white peach, lime peel and yeast hulls drive this tangy wine’s nose and palate. The light body is zesty in acidity, which seems to pull the moderately concentrated flavors into a light mineral-driven finish. Between the textbook Riesling flavors and breathtaking dryness that gives good grip on the finish, this is a true Australian expression of the variety. This drinks best at cellar temperature otherwise the delicate aromatic expressions get tamped down. Drink now–2024.
