Gleaming with a bright yellow color, this wine is spunky in aromas of pleasant leesiness and buttered toast. The juicy palate follows with the same, adding some oatmeal, roasted walnut and baked apple tones. Some pleasant tertiary notes add complexity. Buoyant acidity nicely lifts the almost full-bodied mouthfeel. A hint of nut and pith bitterness surfaces on the medium finish, making this a better match for the table rather than happy hour. Drink now–2024.
