A gleaming pale pink, strong reduction notes show at first whiff. The flavors are more forthcoming and even playful in predominating flavors of SweetTarts candies. With air, lemon-lime and peach skin notes come through. Modest in concentration with a fleeting and dry, dusty finish, the palate is decently balanced by good midpalate stuffing, moderate alcohol and no evident tannins. However, the acidity persistently nips at the back palate. Drink now–2023.
