This fleshy Pinot Noir is filled with lovely baking-spice notes. Medium-intensity ruby in color, it has an aromatic nose of black raspberry, rhubarb, vanilla, cinnamon, rosehip, black cherry, orange zest and cranberry, with a hint of dill. On the palate the dry, medium-bodied wine is filled with ripe, supple tannin, with a red cherry finish. This Pinot Noir would not only pair well with a meal but also with a slice of spice cake or even a second slice.
