This Pinot Gris has a floral and stone-fruit character, with midpalate notes of concentration. Pale lemon-green in color, it offers a floral nose of white nectarine, green pear, honeysuckle and starfruit. On the palate the dry, medium-bodied Pinot Gris shows additional notes of lemon peel supported by high acidity. Moments of tartness run along the length of the taste bringing layered complexity to this cool-climate, Australian Pinot Gris.
