Smelling of prunes, ganache and licorice, this is exotically ripe on the palate. One-dimensional, candied, tutti-frutti flavors mix with under- and overripe flavors making the fruit flavors taste awkward. The palate starts with smooth and creamy tannins accompanied by very moderate, nicely integrated acidity. The finish is swift. This is one to drink up quickly.
