This wine has incredible aromatic charisma! Striking spruce tree notes pop on the nose followed by mulberries, cherries and spice rack. The voluptuous, layered core is packed with ripe, rounded and plentifully sweet fruit. Spiced plums and roasted cobbler fruits drizzled with milk chocolate and espresso saturate the full-bodied palate. Slightly thick and even a bit slick in texture, there is nonetheless hardworking, structuring acidity trying to lighten the back palate. The furry tannins linger into the finish.
