The appearance is pale straw in color with flecks of green. Papaya, Meyer lemon and chamomile on the palate with a subtle hint of nuttiness from the oxidation. There is a caressing creaminess and whiff of Crème Fraîche and yogurt on the nose, as well. This is a New World, baby Meursault doppelganger, but with more accent of fruit. To experience the full breadth of this wine, aerate for 30 minutes.
