This sparkling rosé is bright and refreshing. Salmon in color, the wine has a nose of red cherry, just-ripened green apple and white blossom. Flavors of tart red cherry and lemon citrus emerge on the palate. This good, straightforward sparkling wine would also serve well as a palate cleanser between courses.
