This pale golden wine is subtle in hints of vanilla and cantaloupe. The oak aging is evident on the palate and while fruits like lemon, pear and melon shine there is also an engaging cedar and vanilla flavor. The salinity and well-balanced acid contribute to a long, pleasant finish.
