This wine opens with a nose of bruised blackberry, dried red cherry, black-olive tapenade and grilled meats. Well-integrated red and black fruits “Double Dutch” on the midpalate and cascade to a lengthy finish. Serve with lightly breaded chicken filet and heavier fare.
