This wine has a pronounced yellow color with deep gold inflections. Somewhat developed, it smells of lime peel, almond pith and brown ale yes, beer. On the palate, there is yellow grapefruit and straw. Medium bodied, the wine is surprisingly tannic. This gripping character is slightly softened by the wine’s very medium acidity. Drink 2013–late 2014 as the wine is starting to shed its fruit stuffing already.
