The vibrant, luminescent yellow hue of this wine is accompanied by long skinny tears. This wine smells of lemongrass, lychee, bruised apple, tapioca and wet wool. Medium bodied with soft acidity and a round palate, this is an easy-drinking wine as long as you appreciate extravagant aromatics. The alcohol is well-integrated, and the finish is medium, showing a streak of earthiness. This is a useful wine-by-the-glass for higher-end restaurants, especially if they are French!
