Deep yellow in color with loads of fizz, this wine is slightly reduced on the nose. The palate is lightly tugging with pleasantly raw and drying tannins. The wine is loaded with flavor from sweet pear and white peach to raw almond and sunflower seeds. Medium in body with bracing acidity, this wine has moderate complexity, hence its ability to age some to benefit. Still, it probably drinks best now, so don’t miss out. Drink 2013–2016.
