Youthful and deep yellow in color, this wine is otherwise subdued. Its nose and flavors are dominated by yeastiness. The medium-plus bodied palate also contributes raw walnuts, bamboo and a hint of seawood. Although the acidity is lax, a touch of raw tannins compensates. Its freshness is fading drink now through 2014.
