Pale straw in color with brilliant reflections. Lively limoncello aromas frame the nose with undertones of cut grass, wet stones and straw. The palate is midweight with light viscosity. The modest fruit concentration shows lemon drops, raw almonds and baby’s breath, while the alcohol is balanced but noticeable. Juicy acidity helps keeps the alcoholic warmth in check. Finishes short. Will hold for up to two years but at its best now.
