With a pronounced black color at the core and a moderately large mulberry rim, the bouquet on this wine dances between youth and adolescence. Boysenberry, red plum jam, cinnamon and brown sugar accent the nose and palate. The mouthfeel is smartly integrated between medium acidity and lightly drying tannins that are offset by a touch of midpalate baby fat and full body. The pleasantly complex finish lingers.
