Star bright in appearance, this baby-aspirin-pink wine shows red fruit and wet stone aromas. The strawberry and rhubarb fruit flavors are clean and moderately concentrated on the light-bodied palate. There’s just a touch of glycerol to balance the soaring acidity and modest alcohol. Though it finishes quick, this is a fresh, lively and typical example of French rosé. Drink now through 2015.
