Bright yellow in color with topaz inflections, this wine has a wide rim of fine bubbles. The seductive fragrances include clove-studded yellow apples, green apple peels and Belgian ales. The fizz is moderate in size and highly cleansing, especially as it works together with the invigorating acidity. There is just enough dosage to smartly balance this light-bodied and low alcohol wine, which might otherwise feel too austere. Though this may hold due to the good concentration, there is no need to wait. Drink now through 2016.
