This wine is visually compelling—a vibrant yellow color, with gold inflections and a star bright appearance. It’s moderately aromatic on the nose, with leesy, yeasty notes, baked yellow apple and a hint of nougat. It’s exotic and predictable at the same time—just what Champagne should be from a classically styled house. The lingering finish makes you remember why Champagne is so undeniably great.
